Drawing from over 30 years of firsthand experience as a dedicated milk aggregator, our co-founder, Mr. Dhananjay Kumar, intimately grasps the inherent struggles in the raw milk collection and distribution process. The fleeting nature of milk's freshness poses an ongoing challenge, leading many major milk suppliers to resort to extensive processing methods, including pasteurization and dehydration. Unfortunately, these practices often compromise the natural essence and nutritional richness of the milk, deviating from its authentic form. At Milkvilla, our journey is driven by the commitment to counter these industry-wide practices and preserve the genuine purity and freshness of milk, just as nature intended.

With the invaluable synergy of Mr. Dhananjay Kumar's seasoned expertise in the milk aggregation industry and the innovative technological insights brought forth by his engineering graduate sons, Milkvilla came into being. The amalgamation of their profound understanding of technology, refrigeration, chilling techniques, and delivery logistics paved the way for the inception of Milkvilla. Our humble beginnings in Muzaffarpur in 2020, with just one vehicle, marked the commencement of an idea that was continually tested, evolved, and refined. Fuelled by a relentless pursuit of innovation and verification, Milkvilla set out to redefine the paradigm of unprocessed milk delivery.

In response to the challenges posed by adulteration and chemical additives, Milkvilla implemented a groundbreaking solution by introducing comprehensive micro-testing of milk at the source of collection. This pivotal step ensures that each batch of milk remains untainted and free from any water addition or chemical alterations, preserving its natural essence and purity. Additionally, to uphold the natural integrity of the milk, we have established a direct collection system from small-scale farmers. By sourcing milk directly from these farms, where cattle graze in open fields and are hand-milked, we guarantee that our milk remains devoid of any artificial interventions commonly associated with large-scale dairy operations. Furthermore, our focus on maintaining the inherent freshness of milk led us to adopt a specialized chilling process, effectively extending the milk's shelf life without compromising its quality.
