REFUNDS

  • All sales are final and no milk cannot be returned.
  • We provide raw milk, boil immediately after receiving. No refund will be processed for spoilage due to delay in boiling.
  • For other issues with milk, pls contact the below number to process refund. The refund may take upto 2 business days to process. You will be refunded in your Milkvilla Wallet only.

  • CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation of orders not allowed after order, since we only provide fresh products.
