Refund Policy

All sales are final. Milk and other perishable products
cannot be returned.

Raw milk must be boiled immediately upon receipt. No
refunds will be provided for spoilage due to delayed boiling.

No cancellations or refusals are allowed once the order
is out for delivery.

Cashbacks are non-refundable. Cashback can only be used
for future purchases and cannot be withdrawn or claimed as a refund.

Milkvilla Wallet balance is non-transferable and
non-refundable.
Any amount added to your wallet can only be used to purchase products
from the Milkvilla app.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2 business
days
and credited to your Milkvilla Wallet.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.
Since we provide fresh products, we cannot accommodate cancellations
after order confirmation.
