Pasteurization is mainly done to extend shelf life and to safeguard milk moving through unhygienic supply chains. At Milkvilla, we deliver milk within 12 hours of milking, maintaining MBRT > 6 hours — a scientific indicator of purity. Our strict cold-chain ensures hygiene and safety without over-processing.

Pasteurization and homogenization aren't inherently bad, but they often strip milk of its natural goodness. Pasteurization reduces enzymes and alters proteins, while homogenization can affect digestibility. Milkvilla avoids unnecessary processing by delivering fresh milk through a hygienic cold-chain.
