Order Cancellation

You may cancel your ghee order within 2 hours of
placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of ghee,
returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong, damaged, or
defective product.

24 hours of delivery with photos and details of the
issue.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original
packaging.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste
preference, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refund Policy

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your
original payment method within
5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the
returned product.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due
to our error (wrong or damaged product).
