Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Ghee Orders

ghee orders placed on our website.
Order Cancellation

You may cancel your ghee order within 2 hours of
placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.

- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of ghee,
returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong, damaged, or
defective product.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within
24 hours of delivery with photos and details of the
issue.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original
packaging.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste
preference, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refund Policy

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your
original payment method within
5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the
returned product.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due
to our error (wrong or damaged product).

If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please
contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us for
assistance.
Wallet & Prepaid Credits
- If you paid using Milkvilla Wallet credits, approved refunds will be credited back to your wallet balance.
- Wallet balance represents prepaid credits usable only on the Milkvilla platform and does not constitute a payment wallet under the RBI PPI framework.
- Refund to the original payment source (bank/UPI) is processed only as a goodwill exception at the sole discretion of Milkvilla and may take up to 5–7 business days.
Limitation of Liability
- Milkvilla's total liability for any claim related to a ghee order shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.
- Milkvilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute shall first be raised through our customer support channels. Milkvilla will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 15 business days.
- If not resolved, formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.
